Comments
How do I delete a comment on my profile? Click on 'My Profile' to view your profile, and click 'delete' beside the comment you would like to delete.
I have posted a comment on my friends profile, but it has not appeared. All comments posted are moderated and only if approved appear on profiles. The profile owner is notified of the comment only after it is approved.
How long does it take comments to be moderated? Since thousands of comments are posted everyday, it takes as little as 1 hour to as much as 72 hours before your comments are moderated. Comments posted by Premium Members are given priority for moderation, and are usually moderated within a few minutes to a few hours, depending on moderator availability.
Friends
How do I delete one of my existing Friends? Click on 'HOME' above to go to your personal homepage. Then click on 'View/Delete Friends' in the toolbox. Your friends will be listed, as well as a 'delete' link below each friend.
How do I accept a Friend Invitation? If someone has added you as a friend, it will be displayed on the 'Home' page. You can either click on 'accept', or 'decline'.

Messages
Why can I only see 5 messages in my Inbox? Although only 5 messages are displayed, rest be assured that ALL your messages are safe and haven't been deleted.
Can I reply to messages for free? Yes, regardless whether you are a Premium Member of not.
When I delete my messages in my inbox, it does not get deleted and stays there. Refresh your message center after deleting a message by clicking on the Message Center link again, or pressing F5 on your keyboard.
Why cant I delete the sent emails? When you send a message out, the ownership of that message belongs to the person you sent it to, so only he/she can delete it.
Can I read or delete my sent messages? For security reasons when you send a message, the 'ownership' transfers to the receipient, and only he/she can read/delete it.
Why cant I send a message now? Only Premium Members can now send new messages to other members. Everyone can reply for free, regardless of them being Premium or not.
Photos
How many photos can I upload? At this time, there is no limit to the number of photos you can upload.
How do I upload photos? Click on 'HOME' on the top of this page to got to your personal homepage. Then click on 'Upload Photos' in the Toolbox.
